Dear Team,
I had been applied for porting to GIO Postpaid on 08th Nov, 2019 at Reliance Store Phoenix mall Lucknow. I had paid Rs.350/ as security/recharge charges. It was rejected due to some reasons and thereafter i had applied on 27th Nov, 2019 and paid again rs.350/ and it was also rejected.
Total Amount paid was Rs.700/ which is to be refundable by GIO co. within 45 days, But no refund amount is received til date which is more then 120 days.
If one day delays is payment of Bill, GIO Company charges high late fee.
Now my payment is delays by four months, who is responsible for the same.
I am continuously following the store for refund, and get same answer it is in process.
