Text of Complaint by CR Adithiyan:

Dear Sir/madam, I purchased a Whirpool 245l Double Door refrigerator worth ₹18,990 from Amazon on 16/Oct/2020. The product was sold by Cloudtail India pvt limited.I have received a damage product hence requested for a refund. Amazon India accepted the request and promised me that upon returning of damaged item the refund would be initiated. I have returned the item on 26/Oct/2020 and still havent received any refund amount. When ever i try to reach out to Amazon customer care they mention that the product was not reached to their warehouse yet and it the same story from 1 and half month. I have also reached out to Cloudtail on advise of Amazon representatives but Cloudtail mentioned that they dont take the responsibility for the returns or provide any update on product and its Amazon responsibility to handle such issues. This the cheating on Amazon India and Cloudtail where they dont react on such incidents.

I really appreciate your help on this one.
