Text of Complaint by pankaj sharma:

i orderd a product from Amazon on 4 August with order number #402-4754900-7649103 and it was delivered to me in few days. After receiving the product i found that it was not up to my expectations so i filled a request to return it but after so many days nobody comes to pick the orde . so i again call the amazon customer executive. and they told me that i need to self post it and there is no other option. so i self post it
on 6 September to the address they provided to me

and according to the shipment tracking it was delivered on 14 September . now its been 17 days i still not get my refund back. its company’s policy that after the shipment is received the refund will be initiated with 3-5;days. now i call them many times they didn’t pick the call and leaves a computer based voice message to me that the courier is not received . but when today somehow they pick my call and they accepted that your courier has been reached when i try to have a conversation regarding this delay. they misbehave with me and they intentionally disconnect my call
i know Rs 305 is not a huge amount for them but its a very huge amount for me , i request you to please look into the matter and if you need any information about this issue. my phone no. is 8219589130
