I transferred money from my Paytm account last night to my another account. The money got debited from my Paytm account immediately even though it said Transaction Failed and the money didn’t get credited to my other account.
When I called customer care someone by name Rakesh Kumar spoke and telling me that it would take 2 working days. I told him many times that it’s an emergency but they are doing nothing about it. I need this money for my family medical emergency and Paytm is playing.
