Brief history.
4 Nov: product ordered(prepaid through credit card)
12 Nov: expected delivery date
17 Nov: product reached destination hub after delayed but amazon asked for product to be returned to seller
18 Nov: after requesting the courier service (and after having a conversation by the courier service with amazon), order change to COD from prepaid and the product was delivered. Automatic refund by amazon was expected.
28 Nov: first complain for refund raised. Assured me that issue to be resolved by 2nd Dec.
2 Dec: customer associate with no update. Asked me to wait till 6 dec. Said no proof needed to be shared.
6 Dec: Again no update with the customer associate. Called transfer to supervisor Miss Kalpana. Asked to me share the proof of payment.
8 Dec: proof emailed.
9 Dec: called from Miss Kalpana received. Assured me that refund will be done within 3 to 5 working days. Same confirmation given in writing through email.
16 Dec: Called the customer service. Still no update with the customer associate. Asked me to wait till the end of the day.
17 Dec: Called again. Again, as always, no update with the customer service.
18 Dec: Raised the issue through social media(twitter). Asked to filled a form and wait for 6 to 12 hrs. Update received till 19 dec.
20 Dec: no update received even after waiting for more than 36 hours. On asking for an update, asked me to wait for another 24 to 48 hrs.
23 Dec: No update received even after waiting for oddly 60 hours.
