I ordered the Earphones from paytm mall on 7 Dec and cancelled it on same day after paying in internet banking. I called them for Refund and they said that seller will confirm the reciept of the package. 7 days have passed but seller has not yet confirmed the reciept. i asked the customer care and they told me to wait for 72 bhours and yet after that i havent received my refund. Very poor service at the end of paytm mall.
