Text of Complaint by Vinod Kumar Kondabathula:

I have ordered a sofa from BatchTag.com by paying half of the amount while booking and the half at the delivery time, minimum delivery time for sofa is 45 Days. They have delivered sofa on 23-Oct-2018. Sofa is wet and full of fungus, and it smelled horrible. I reported and placed return on the same day of delivery. They took the sofa on 30-Oct-2018. We gave them 15 days for a new sofa, but they refused, and all they could do is refund. Who would wait for 70 Days for a sofa? Today is 15-Nov-2018. Till now I didn’t receive a refund.
