We bought a shoe for rs 476 from meesho on December. The product received as a damaged. So we returned and asked for refund. But we didn’t get any response from meesho side even though we contacted them through voice and chat service for several times. Still I didn’t get any reply from meesho. Kindly help us to receive the money
