The above mentioned two numbers are my booking ID on MakeMyTrip.
I had cancelled my tickets in February 2020 due to covid 19 issues. I was being confirmed by MakeMyTrip customer care on multiple occasions before cancelling the tickets that I’ll get my 100% refund within 15 working days. But now it’s been more than 10 months & no refund received till date.
I have done multiple follow ups with them through various media & channel but all in vein because they donot respond.
Request your help in getting my funds back asap.
