Hello Sir,
I ordered a smart watch from Flipkart which is worth of 17k. It should be delivered by next day 11 AM as per their delivery date mentioned while ordering the product. It’s been 8 days haven’t received my product. When I contact them about status they blaming product seller or logistics without providing any information. This is second time happening with me. Earlier I faced same issue with my previous order. As this is a mistake from their I asked for compensation for their negligence and poor service skills. They denied it. I want you guys to take a strict action on this.
