Text of Complaint by N Suresh Kumar:

Hi team, I had booked bus ticket on 03 Dec 2018 and the ticket has been cancelled by the bus operator directly there is no acknowledgement receipt received. Now im continuously diido follow up with paytm and bus operator for refund but there is no response from both of them this is the 02nd complaint which I’m registering in consumer forum please check and refund my money back
