1 and a half month ago I was purchased a laptop from paytm mall and after that the laptop which i was received is damaged and i replaced it and then after the replacement again i got the damaged piece then finally i requested for my refund and then they give me 14 working days for settlement of my refund and till now its about 1 and a half month ive still not get my refund…so kindly plss help me
The refundable amount is ₹41,490
