Dear Consumer Complaint Forum,
I am a Meesho seller, and I am filing a complaint against Shadowfax because multiple shipments are still pending pickup. I had previously submitted a complaint to Shadowfax, but they did not provide any resolution. All the AWB numbers are listed below: I am a Meesho seller with two seller accounts, and due to continuous pickup failures, my account performance is being negatively impacted. Previously, I used to visit the Shadowfax office myself, which is about 9 to 12 kilometers from my location, to hand over parcels. However, at present, I am unwell and unable to travel. Despite this, the assigned agent has not come for pickup and refuses to take responsibility. I kindly request you to arrange an urgent pickup for all the following AWB numbers: (insert all AWB numbers). I had previously complained to Shadowfax as well, but they have not responded.
