Respected Sir / Ma’am,
I have been ordering on Flipkart since long. Past more than a year I am ordering from Flipkart but there is delay in all the orders. Reason “Due to unforseen reasons” and I am always assured that the product will reach on time and everytime its late.

I have raised this multiple times but still no action taken and no improvement seen even till my last order which was supposed to be delivered today.
Yesterday I even spoke to the Customer Executive and they assured that product will reach on time. But again the same result – “Order delayed”. It’s happening for all my orders in past 1 year or more.

Please requesting you to take up the issue and atleast a proper information to be provided with respect to the delay in delivery.
