Jio Mart.

Respected Sir/Madam,

Kindly note that my order number is #16025697699031042A – 01.

This order was placed on 13th October 2020 and the delivery date was given 15th October 2020.

With great regrets I have to say that I have not received the order till date. The delivery date is increasing day by day in Jio Mart App like 15th to 16th, 16th to 17th, 17th to 18th, 18th to 19th & now 19th to 20th October 2020.

As you are well aware the main festival of West Bengal, Kolkata is Durga puja. So I have I placed this order whic is prepaid to gift someone for puja.

Called customer care executive Ms. Pallavi on 19th October 2020 evening regarding the same. She assured me that today i.e. 19th October 2020 I will receive my order positively.

Today morning again my oder delivery date has changed from 19th October to 20th October 2020. For which again I have called Jio Mart customer care on this date i.e. 20th October 2020 where the the customer care executive provided me with a complain no. # 6030796699 & told within 48hours I will receive call for my complaint.

So tell me is it legitimate to for the delivery delay you Jio Mart is making????

Kindly tell me that the order which I have placed for Durga Puja gift will I get it before durga puja or after durga puja.

It is really a hectic & harassment to customer made by Jio Mart.
