Dear PAYTM TEAM
I am seriously offended by the services provided by your chennel partners and even withg your call center services . The no given in the app for complaint is bizzy for hours together and ther is no other way out to contact you guys .
I am a existing user of PAYTM APP my reguister no with you is 8288910007and name is AKSHAY SACHDEVA.
I am using the app in a regular basis for making payment s and even doing shoping from PAYTM MALL quet frequently .
But my latest experience with your company is very dis hartning.
I had places one order for PUMA SHOES order no 6216031168. The said order is said to be out from the vendor location on 8th of OCt and as per your app tracking module it shoes the parcel reached to the destination location on th of Oct , And sice then it is either out for delievery or expected to be delieved on some next date. The person whose no is displayed is not ready to take the calls (ROHIT 8879847507,8879858458).
I ordered this shoe for my son to be weared for some specific function today itself. And just because of all this nonsense happening I believe need to out in the market to look for some other options.
PAYTM is growing and we be the early customers of you always feel happy for this but mind it if ci\ustomers are not setisfied the tables can move round. Soplease check with yopur teams out in the market or you may loose the business this is the compitive world and customers have numarious options and beleve your compititors are more prompt in this case then you guys.
Hope for the early sollutions from your side .
