We have ordered a Samsung 653L refrigerator from Flipkart early in the month of October when Flipkart sales was going on and placed an order for Samsung refrigerator. The actual delivery date promised was 12th of October however it was not delivered on the date and they have attempted delivery on 16th of October but due to the size of refrigerator they couldn’t get it into the lift and needed labour to carry that to the second floor of our apartment. However, they couldn’t get that to our floor and said they will be cancelling the order. From Oct 16th, we were following up with them and calling customer care service, consume redressal contact of Flipkart etc and explained the situation every time and asked them to either deliver the product or cancel the product however they are just giving some resolution date and not working on it at all. Everytime we reach out to them they say that it is escalated but there is no action and not even a single call from their authorities to at least give a guarantee of delivery. The cost we paid for the product is ₹65,039. This is really an unacceptable situation and we couldn’t trust about the product delivery anymore.
Kindly file a complaint against Flipkart against this behaviour and delaying so much in the delivery of the product.
