Text of Complaint by Mathew Jacob:

Dear Team,

I have visited Vodafone store bommanahalli main branch which is located in Bangalore towards migration from Vodafone postpaid to prepaid they did ekyc and made me pay all the unbilled amount and later informed me within 24 hours the same will be done. Sorry to say it’s not been done and as my OFF was on Wednesday again I visited the same store regarding this issue but they mailed to there backend team with no progress for the other week promising me that I’m not liable to pay a single penny.

Today also I’ve visited the store and what the manager Deepak said was again I need to pay unbilled amount till 20th to do migration. These people are looting money from customers for no reason. Kindly help me to do further migration without paying the unbilled amount as they said same won’t be charged.

Note : I had already made the payment of unbilled amount including new prepaid plan of 496 but no further use..

Kindly take action against store and store manager and kindly provide me a resolution.
