**Subject:** Non-installation of JioFiber Connection Despite Advance Payment, Deficiency in Service, and Misconduct by Technician

I wish to lodge a complaint against Reliance Jio regarding the non-installation of my JioFiber connection despite completion of all required formalities.

I applied for a JioFiber connection, completed the KYC process, and paid the required amount in advance. Despite fulfilling all the formalities, the connection has still not been installed.

For several days, I have been repeatedly contacting Jio customer care and the assigned technician. Every time, I was assured that the installation would be completed shortly, but the installation kept being postponed without any valid reason. I have also sent emails to Jio seeking resolution, but no effective action has been taken.

The assigned technician, **Ashwini Mishra (Mobile: 8077690747)**, repeatedly delayed the installation by giving assurances and then postponing the work. During my interactions with him, he also behaved in an abusive and unprofessional manner, which caused me considerable distress. Such conduct is unacceptable from a representative of a service provider.

Reliance Jio has accepted payment in advance but has failed to provide the promised service, resulting in unnecessary inconvenience, loss of time, and mental harassment.

I respectfully request that the concerned authority direct Reliance Jio to:

1. Install the JioFiber connection immediately, if technically feasible; or
2. Refund the entire amount paid without any deductions if the connection cannot be provided promptly.

I also request that the conduct of the assigned technician, Ashwini Mishra, be investigated and that appropriate action be taken for the repeated delays and alleged abusive behaviour. Further, suitable action may be taken against Reliance Jio for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices so that other consumers do not face similar hardship.

I request an early resolution of this grievance.
