I placed the order for Jio Fibernet on 08.07.2022 and paid payment for 3+1 month of service. The Installation time assured by jio is 48 Hours.

On 09.07.2022 engineer from jio visited my location and said that the installation process cannot be completed due to technical reasons.

I contacted Jio regarding this and they sent engineers to my location on 11.07.2022, 12.07.2022 and 14.07.2022.

Every engineer who visited my location said the same reason ” that my installation is delayed due to technical reasons, “but the actual reason is the company is not ready to install a new hub or cassette for a single connection” – as stated by the engineers who visited my location.

Even more the engineer who visited my location on 11.07.2022 wanted me to cancel the order from my end, “as the company is not ready to install a new cassette for just one connection.

This should have been informed to me before I completed the payment process, which the company didn’t do.

I have contacted Jio through their customer care, Mails and Twitter, but the issued is not solved till now and the response is also not satisfactory.
