Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a concern regarding the delay in the installation of my Jio Fiber connection.
I had booked a new Jio Fiber connection on 14th April 2026. However, as of today (22nd April 2026), no technician has visited my location, nor has the connection been installed I have get assurance to insurance my connection within 24 hour. Despite multiple assurances, there has been no progress or communication from your team.
This delay is causing significant inconvenience, as I was expecting the service to be activated within the promised timeframe. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and arrange for the installation at the earliest.
Please provide a clear update on the status of my request and ensure that the connection is completed without any further delay.
