i paid for new jio fiber connection on 13 july 2023,Thursday and got an appointment for 13 july 2023 in evening . Team came for installation on 13 july but they said some technical issues are there. Our senior team will come tomorrow But no installation was done yet . I need to call each and every time to get updates to person who gave us appointment. Each and every day team is saying that we will update today but nothing happens. We are waiting whole day. some many message and call for farther delay for technical reasons. many time say coustomer executive if not possible for installation then refund my money but didn’t .MY ORDER NO-NO0000QDG22R .
