I already have a Jio fiber connection and I wanted to relocate it.
I spoke to the customer care and they refused to relocate the connection.
I have shifted only 250metres from the current location.
They asked me to cancel the existing subscription and get a new connection.
I applied for new connection on March 24th, 2021 and the guy came on March 27th, 2021.
I have been following up with the technical person and he is just giving excuses.
They are just making fool out of us.
