I booked a Jio AirFiber connection on April 29, 2026. On April 30, 2026, I received a call from a Jio sales representative named Prem (Mobile: +91 90809 65847). The order process was completed on the same day, including KYC verification and payments of ₹4,443.46 and ₹863.
Despite multiple follow-ups and calls regarding installation, the installation was never completed. Due to this delay, I raised a complaint for the installation issue on May 06, 2026, with Service Request Number: SR00003593ZF.
Even after raising the complaint, I did not receive any callback, update, SMS, or email from Jio. As there was no progress, I raised a cancellation request on May 08, 2026, with Service Request Number: SR000035E0ER.
Currently, when I try to track the service request in the Jio app, it incorrectly shows that no complaints are registered for my number. Additionally, the sales representative Prem is no longer answering my calls, and I am unable to connect with a real customer support executive because the customer care number keeps routing me in an endless IVR loop without providing human assistance.
I request immediate attention to this issue, proper status updates, and refund processing for the cancelled connection.
