Text of Complaint by Raman Bhasin:

I’ve requested for installation of Airtel DTH vide Customer ID 3029402888 on April 19, 2019 at around 2:45 pm, and was assured that the same shall be installed within 24 hrs. However all I received was a call back on next day. Actual installation has still not been done and its April 22, 2019 today. Today when I called at customer care, I spoke to Ajay Baghel at customer care who didn’t even register a complaint for the delay. Infact as per him, it takes 24-48 hours for the installation and Saturday is not even counted in that time. Hence as per him, it was completely justified and OK for the installation not done. Then when I spoke to his senior i.e Ms Seema Jadon, she confirmed that it takes 24 hours, however she wasn’t sure if Saturdays are counted or not. Further she also declined to register a complaint since as per her, they can only take a call back in such instances and not a complaint. I also asked her to let me speak to some Senior who can confirm the exact TAT for installation, she put the call on hold and then came back saying that her senior has said that only a call back can be arranged. Moreover as per her, he senior refused to come on call as well. After repeatedly asking for further escalation point, she gave me a no. 9958444865 for Appellate Authority however on calling the no, the IVR asks for complaint refernece no. without which it’ll not allow the call further.

 

Can someone help me what should I do in this case?
