Text of Complaint by Reshma Fathima:

I have done my installation payment towards the airtel broadband connection on 3rd Dec2023.

Today is 10th, there is no response from the showroom( Mr.Mugilan). I have called the customer care and escalated the same but still not rectified. I have paid installation fees also on 3rd of Dec2023.

It’s really pianfull without any update from them. IF THEY FELT VERY HARD TO RESPOND TO TGE CUSTOMER THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE COLLECTED MY INSTALLATION FEES.
I would have looked for competitive companies in the market.
