Hello to Samsung team, really iam not satisfied with your service.
Means of delay in installation not only that especially not for the proper information in service and communication . We had purchased Samsung washing machine on 9th April from Amazon which was delivered on 12th April and not yet installed till the sec. Even ur team doesn’t know the address of the customer where the installation have to do that’s the most worst and sad thing. And finally I want an information how to return the product as iam not interested to continue with ur product support
