Text of Complaint by Vishwajit:

I ordered tv unit from wakefit on 23 June. Got it delivered on 3 July but no installation happened on that day. Reason for no installation was the delivery guy didn’t bring the required drillbit for wall mount. Further he assured that installation will be done in next 48 hours. After waiting for 48 hours,vi raised complaint to their customer care. They again provided me time for 48 hours and requested to wait till end of the day. Still haven’t received any notification for installation. I am not sure if they follow exact 48 hour timeline. But this is pathetic post sale service.
