Hello to IFB team, really iam not satisfied with your service.
Means of delay in installation not only that especially not for the proper information in service and communication . We had purchased ifb washing machine on 13th May from reliance digital in Visakhapatnam which was delivered on 14th May and not yet installed till the sec. Even ur team doesn’t know the address of the customer where the installation have to do that’s the most worst and sad thing. And finally I want an information how to return the product as iam not interested to continue with ur product.

  2. Same problem I am suffering but after repatetly connecting with IFB customerservice@ifbglobal.com, also you can call us on (customer care numbers 08045845678 or 08069545678) or Chat option via cb.ifbsupport.com I have not got any solution. Really after sales service is very poor.
