I have place order for a laptop bag on 27-Jun-2022 and the delivery date given for the this was 03-Jul-2022. I was going to receive the order on 2nd-Jul-2022 and received a SMS. However the order was not delivered. I then reached out to customer service continuously for 3 days to get the delivery expedited but they were highly in incompetent, ineffective, naïve and kept asking me to wait until 6th-Jul-2022. I clearly told them I would not call if was able to wait but i need the item as soon as possible. I also offered to arrange my own courier service at my cost to get the item picked up. But they kept denying all option i was offering them to help them expediate the delivery. Many times i was kept on hold for 10- 15 mins on the customer service call and when the customer service representative would come back on the line and repeat the same thing asking me to wait or cancel. I explained them if I didn’t need the product so urgently I would have definitely cancelled or waited until the 6-Jul-2022. But because I’m in need of this I am calling to get it expediated.
