Hello Sir/Madam.

Iam Dr Naveen Kumar from chennai.

On 13th  i purchased Samsung Gaalxy s9 through Airtel online store and subscribed to 2499 monthly plan and paid the one time payment on 13th may 2018 order no 10031938.

The phone was supposed to be delivered on 19th may, but till today evening the phone has not yet been delivered to me and it is causing a great deal of agony to me.

The courier service used is Vulcan which i believe has never delivered on time.

Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible.
