I ordered one item from Flipkart on 13th Jan’24, but till date order not received. It was about to delivered on 4th Feb’24.
Escalation team is giving dates over dates to resolve the issue but not solved.
They gave 4 dates like 8th, 11th, 14th Feb and now they gave new date of 18th Feb’24. I am sure that it will also failed and new date will be given.
Kindly look into this. The amount of order is Rs.10249/-
