I have order the mattress on 9th dec 2023. It was showing to be delivered on 18th dec then when on 18th i checked the status it says sorry for inconvenience due to technical issue we couldn’t do the manufacturing on time & it will be dispatched on 22nd dec.
& From 18th I have regularly following up but the team is so nice that they only say sorry for inconvenience wait for 24-48hr it will be dispatched on 22nd then when on 19th i checked & query abt it it delayed to 23rd next day it delayed to 24th again it delayed to 26th everytime they are postponing the delivery.
I think there is no manufacturing company & the agents are also not trained they have a learned format I the same way every person talk to u even they don’t have any knowledge abt anything neither they put our complain on priority as they are saying ur complain is our priority
