Delay in delivery Order ID: OET-067263422060223-LAL850 wanna inform you that service is pathetic agents are fooling customer even application also.. I have book my vehicle on 11th Feb which showed me delivered date as 1st March I have been following with customer n agent they say will update n keep on postponing.. today is 1st March no one is picking my call n finally one
om ola Bangalore say they r waiting for UTR details from bank… Till now what they r doing are they fooling me I’ll raise this with consumer forum n every social media I’m really fed-up of ur service n agents . It’s already an pathetic service.. I’m getting auto response saying it’s under work that’s it.. call centre said the same thing complaint has been raised but no resolutions. I guess lot of customer are facing this problem..I don’t want this scooter any more very bad service don’t knw in future how it will be i need a resolution by EOD…
