Placed an order of wardrobe from Wakefit(https://www.wakefit.co/) on 27th March. Got an expected delivery date of 7-8th April, 2024. While ordering I checked if the product is serviceable in my pincode: 835302. Wakefit confirmed it’s deliverable and they took the order with 100% advance payment of 21293.
Post that they have been lying every day about the delay in delivery. First, they said it’s not serviceable. Then again they said it’s serviceable. Then, they delivered just one out of 4 box(This is big wardrobe. It comes in 4 box). Then, on 24th April they said they identified the 3 boxes and will deliver by 25th April. Then, today they are saying they are still trying to find the remaining 3 boxes. They even denied refund. Basically, they are neither giving me my product nor giving me refund.

Same happened with me, I;ve ordered a mattress but still waiting, when I asked them they said they’re checking from last 3 days, this is unacceptable, this is my last order from wakefit and please let me know if you get any resolution.
