Text of Complaint by Prasad Belgaonkar:

I am a prime customer with Amazon and pay prime charges for fast delivery, on 28th December 2022 i placed and order which was for same day delivery, and Amazon failed to deliver the product on 28th December, i tried contacting amazon on 29th December but amazon till now failed to deliver the product and asking me to wait 24 to 48hrs.

Also not happy with the service provided by Amazon. I feel like I have been provided false promise by Amazon.

I would like to SUE Amazon India for this kind of service, while providing the service. They are charging me for Amazon Membership without any delay.
