I purchased an order for Max Men’s Regular T-Shirt (EDCKHPA2208CR_White L) on 6th December 2022 and Amazon.in promised the guaranteed delivery by 07th December 2022 on or before 9.00 pm. When I contact the customer service team. They simply reschedule my delivery date in-between 8th December to 10th December.
I am not happy about this. I didn’t visit the office and wait for the order whole. Wasted the time. Also not happy with the service provided by Amazon. I feel like I have been provided false promise by Amazon.
I would like to SUE Amazon India for this kind of service, while providing the service. They are charging me for Amazon Membership without any delay.
