Text of Complaint by Ankit Kumar:

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by your logistics team. I had recently placed an (Order ID-OD227790369592844000) with Flipkart, which was due to be delivered on 14th April 2023. However, I received a message
informing me that the delivery had been delayed.

Subsequently, I contacted your customer support team who provided me with assurances that my order would be delivered by Today 17th April 2023. However, I regret to inform you that I have still not received my order. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by your company.

Now your customer support team is asking me to wait till 21st April 2023 to get the resolution for the product which was ordered on 9th April 2023.

I find no reason to stay with flipkart and wait till the time given by your support executives to solve this issue.

I want serious action against this misbehaviour with the customer.

Now I want compensation amount as well as my paid amount for this negligence or harassment.
