Hi Sir,
I have purchased a phone(Moto Edge pro) with No Cost EMI using credit card with order no OD123010778188670000 during flipkart sale on 3rd Oct 2021.
Order was placed on 3rd oct 2021 and as committed it should deliver by 19th Oct 2021.
But because of seller issue, it is not shipped or no update from Flipkart or seller and again after multiple calls with customer service of flipkart , the product is reschedule to deliver on 26th.
And Today i.e, 25th Oct 2021, they called and said seller cancelled your order and refund will be processed with compensation of Rs 2000 gift voucher with some conditions.
For me it is already processed my EMI with Interest and with SGST and IGST tax and along got the EMI tenure statement from the bank which I need to pay by 1st oct.
I need compensation for wasting of my time and also to handle the banking charges to close the EMI loan.
Even for Gift voucher , the condition is , again I need to buy the same phone after 10 days of return policy and after that they will credit the Gift voucher amount into my account.
