“Samson Motors” in Perumbavoor, Kerala.

Iam a classic 350 owner since 2015. And I’m very much happy about it.

On March 30th 2019, I booked an Interceptor 650 (baker express) .

I made the booking because the dealer told me that they would deliver the bike within 2 month or even less. Then soon after I paid the booking amount (5000.Rs) the executive whom I was dealing with started not picking up my calls.

Over a period of 2 month, another executive called me and said that he would be assisting me from the date.

It’s almost 4 months now from my booking date. The  executive told me that he would be delivering the bike within 5 days. That was a week before.

Now he started not picking up my calls.

Today a new executive called me and said he would be assisting me from on. And he have no clue about my booking status.  This is the worst experience I had.

Please resolve this issue asap.
