Respected sir/Madam,
As per recent conversation, my product is not handed over to courier service. The order is delayed just because of Vijay sales. I was promised to deliver the product on 21 Oct, but not delivered till date.
As per consumer protection ACT 2019,
Under Section 2(47), failure to deliver goods within the promised time may be considered deficiency in service.
“If a seller or e-commerce platform promises a delivery date (like 19 Oct) and fails to meet it without proper notice or consent, it breaches your right to fair service.”
