Text of Complaint by Rajeev Kumar Sachan:

I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue regarding my recent order, which has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. On the 7th of October, I placed an order with Order No. [ OD429347520005677100] for a Realme 11 Pro 5G mobile device. The expected delivery date was set for the 8th of October. However, to my great disappointment, I have not received the order, and the situation has not been adequately addressed.

The problem began when the status of my order was updated as “out for delivery” on the 8th of October. Since then, the order has not reached me. To resolve this issue, I have contacted Flipkart customer care multiple times, but regrettably, I have not received a satisfactory solution. Instead, the promised delivery date for my order has been changed multiple times. Initially, it was rescheduled to the 12th of October, then further postponed to the 14th of October. Subsequently, the delivery date was shifted to the 15th, then to the 16th of October, and now, the latest update suggests it will be delivered on the 17th of October.

My exasperation reached its zenith on the 11th of October when I visited the Ekart warehouse where my order was expected to be dispatched from. To my surprise, I discovered that my order was still present within the confines of the warehouse. It had not been prepared for delivery, and curiously, it was not even listed as “out for delivery” on the dashboard. The warehouse staff explained to me that the issue was beyond their control and, as a result, they were unable to release the product to me.

I must emphasize the profound disappointment and inconvenience that this situation has caused me. I had anticipated a seamless and timely delivery process, and unfortunately, this expectation has not been met. The continual delay and the lack of communication surrounding this matter have subjected me to considerable distress and frustration, as I eagerly awaited the arrival of my order.

In light of these circumstances, I earnestly request your immediate intervention to rectify this matter with utmost urgency. My primary expectation is the prompt and hassle-free delivery of my order without any further delays. I am looking to Flipkart to provide the exemplary service that the company is renowned for, and I believe that this issue can be addressed efficiently with the implementation of appropriate measures to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

I sincerely hope that you can swiftly address this concern to my satisfaction, as customer service and satisfaction are paramount to the reputation of your esteemed organization. Your immediate attention to this issue and your assistance in facilitating the delivery of my order would be greatly appreciated.
