I ordered a blanket on 26th October with order no: 6373479907 and AWB number is 693358052970. The delivery address was IIT New Delhi. Initially the delivery date was given as 29th November which was later modified to 1st and again to 3rd November. I have still not received my order even on 5th November, neither Paytm has modified the delivery date status. On searching tracking details initially it was showing in Delhi but now it is showing some absurd addresses like Talcher, Bhubaneshwer and Kolkatta. I am totally helpless and waiting for the blanket as winters have already arrived at Delhi. Please help with this.
