Text of Complaint by G Chandra Sekhara Rao:

Dear Sir/Madam,
I m G Chandra Sekhara Rao,I have ordered an item on 12th of July on flipcart with order id OD 125444625745533000.After 15 days I contacted customer Care executive and requested to cancel my order as I was transfered to another place and I will not be available at the address which I have provided for delivery.But they said its not possible from their end.Regarding this issue I contacted customer care executive approximatel 7 times to cancel or to deliver the item.But every time I am getting “matter has been forwarded to our concern team”as a reply ,which is very disappointed and dissatisfied. By Recent conversation to the customer care team I got a reply that delivery of my order was postponed to 10th August this not good and correct.So u plz look into the matter and take necessary steps to solve my issue .Expecting your positive reply… with due respect.
