I have ordered for ‘Aveeno baby daily moisturizing lotion’ on 13.04.22 with order no. 404-2494956-2376309
I have been always facing problem with Amazon delivery system. If I miss a call from delivery person on the day of delivery, he will not reattempt to deliver it next day. The status will always as “item was expected on 13.04.22″, no status update next day or they will not deliver it at all. Even if i want to cancel it, the link ” Request cancellation “will not work. Tracking details says” Nobody was available to receive the item’. This is another idiotic status that people are at home 24/7. He did not even come to address. He called from somewhere and call was missed. That’s all, it’s the end of delivery. It is happening for all the orders which are for same day or one day delivery when customer needs the item urgently. When i call customer care number,they say ‘external operation issue”. What the hell meant by this? There is no other proper customer system apart from calling them and wasting time. There is a chat room where only robotic reply will be there with options to select for a query, it will take to same status.
