Text of Complaint by Alok Mishra:

Chair with wheels went bad within a few months. First a technician, came but then no follow up. Customer care number 02261576157 promises callback in 30 mins but people don’t call back in days. Particularly if a complaint is already raised, they just sit on it. Even after the second technician tried to use a faulty part, customer care tells lies saying I, the customer, refused a new part. I have the photo and video of the damaged and discoloured faulty part which I refused, which they didn’t even care to see on email. Social media team also just assures but does nothing even though I sent them the order number and supporting photo and video.
