I have ordered food on Zomato on 8th november with coupon PICK50, for which I will be getting 20% cashback on PayTm when paid through it. My order number is 1559544253. It’s been 4 days, yet I didn’t get any cash back. They have said, it will be credit within 24-48 hours, after 2 days i.e., on Nov 10. Today is 12 and still it hasn’t been credited. I have lost patience to talk with them. They do talk politely, but I am not getting the cash back.
