I have ordered appliances for gifting purpose on 31st Dec 2022. by seeing prime member assured delivery date by jan 2nd 2023. but till now product not delivered todays date 05-1-2023
when i called customer care they say due to technical issue they themself dont know. they asked me to wait till 6th jan 2023 or else will refund. its was ordered for gifitng. due to their false commitment and delay i stucked now. no proper response from customer care. attached invoice for your reference.
