Text of Complaint by Debayan Bose:

I have booked Airtel fiber broadband connection on 31st August 2022 at 10 am (Chennai, Perungudi area). The person named Emesh (+91 8148258476) called me and said the they will be installing the router within 2-3 hours of payment. Today is 4th September 2022 and yet my broadband installation is pending. Now this person Emesh is rarely picking up my calls and whenever he picks up the call, he says he is coming but the installation is still pending. I have called the Airtel customer care several times and lodged complaints but they always says they will look into the issue which has not yet been resolved. Two person came for installation on 4th September and said that the “boxes outside are full”. Myself as a customer, is facing harassment from Airtel ground team in Perungudi Chennai area, at each and every step.
