I have placed an order on 20th September 2022 the product is Hometown Bolton King Box Bed the order No. Is OD126053223793080000 the promised delivery date while placing the order was on 03rd of October 2022 but the date got changed to 10th of October 2022 today again showing as 17th October 2022 is the delivery date. There is no updates on order to me until I call and check to your customer service team. Do flipkart need 1 month time to deliver this product. If this was the issue I would have not placed the order I would have selected different source of online delivery partners. When Ever I call to CC team, Senior team won’t be available. I want a immediate response through call from a concerned team who can give me immediate resolution.
Please look into the matter, I am in a lot of distress. I want Flipkart to compensate for the damages they caused me like mental harassment and falsified information on tracking my order which they call a glitch but it should not happen. Flipkart need to learn their mistake and pay for it.
